Role Responsibilities
- Housing support duties - Assist with key housing management tasks to ensure a safe and well run service.
- Client engagement - Act as the first point of contact for individuals accessing the service, offering guidance and reassurance.
- Outcome focused support - Deliver high quality support that helps clients progress toward positive life changes.
- Daily client activities - Use initiative to support clients with day to day needs and personal development.
- Administrative tasks - Carry out reception and administrative duties to maintain smooth service operations.
- Motivational support - Encourage clients to build confidence, stability, and independence.
Required Skills & Experience
- Social care or housing experience - Essential for this role.
- Strong communication skills - Friendly, approachable, and confident with clients.
- Time management - Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Organisational skills - Attention to detail and reliability.
- Night shift availability - 21:00-07:30 on a 4 on, 4 off rota.
- Relevant qualifications - Social care or housing related experience is a benefit.
- DBS on the Update Service - Highly beneficial.
