TMT Associate 1-5 years PQE

I'm currently working with a top-tier international law firm that is looking to appoint an Associate (1-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded TMT practice in Scotland. The Opportunity:
You'll become part of a market-leading team recognised for its expertise across technology, telecommunications and commercial contracts. The work is varied, high-profile and often at the forefront of developments in the technology sector.
Your caseload will include advising on:

• Technology and software agreements
• Outsourcing and managed services arrangements
• Commercial contracts
• Consumer law
• FinTech and payments
• Telecommunications matters

You'll also have the opportunity to work on complex, cross-border projects alongside colleagues across the UK and internationally.

The Clients:
The team advises an exceptional client base ranging from global technology companies and major retailers to telecommunications providers, financial institutions and public sector organisations. You'll gain exposure to innovative, business-critical projects while developing long-term client relationships.

There are also opportunities to undertake client secondments, providing valuable in-house experience with leading organisations.

About You
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with between 1 and 5 years' PQE who have experience in technology, commercial contracts or outsourcing work.

You will ideally have:

• Experience advising on commercial and technology-related agreements
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• A genuine interest in the technology sector
• Confidence managing client relationships
• A proactive approach to business development
• The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
