To ensure robust governance of projects, including risk management, financial oversight, and delivery against agreed timelines and outcomes.

To provide expert advice and guidance on sustainability to colleagues across the organisation, promoting best practice and supporting behaviour change initiatives. To contribute to staff engagement, education and training to embed a culture of sustainability throughout the Trust.

To represent the Trust in regional and national sustainability networks, contributing to the development of NHS-wide initiatives and sharing learning and innovation.

To support the Trust's reputation as a leader in sustainable healthcare through collaboration, research, and continuous improvement.
