Senior Property and Casualty Underwriter - New Business

Our Regional Underwriting team is searching for a passionate and innovative Senior Property and Casualty Underwriter to join us. As a Senior New Business Underwriter, you will manage new portfolio’s and play a pivotal role in attracting new customers. This market-facing position requires exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for doing what's right for our customers.

• Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.  

• Underwriting Excellence: Drive and deliver strong underwriting results across our portfolio.  

• Process Improvement: Identify and propose enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.  

What we're looking for:  

• Experience: Proven expertise in Property and Casualty Underwriting.  

• Communication: Strong communication skills and confidence in decision-making.  

• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenging existing processes and decisions.  

• Adaptability: Ability to manage varying workloads and pressures with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.  

• Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset, always prioritising the needs of our customers.
