We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic FVSA Administrator to support the day-to-day running of Forth Valley Student Association.

You will provide administrative support for student engagement activities, meetings, events, student representation and communication across the College. The role involves organising meetings, managing records and action logs, supporting student representatives, responding to enquiries, maintaining digital platforms and helping deliver key Student Association events.

You will also help gather and organise student feedback, ensuring that students' views are recorded, communicated and used to improve the student experience. This includes supporting activities linked to student partnership, quality enhancement and student engagement initiatives across the College.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong administrative skills and wants to make a positive difference to the student experience at Forth Valley College.
