Our Investment Accounting Group provides accounting and regulatory data services to insurance clients. Our accounting services include the reconciliation, tracking, accounting for assets, along with preparation and oversight of monthly packages and regulatory schedules. The Role Responsible for delivering projects and driving operational improvements within the Investment Accounting Group, leveraging data analytics to enhance reporting, transparency, and decision-making. • Develop a strong understanding of BlackRock's investment accounting platform, products, and services supporting insurance clients
• Identify and implement process improvements that drive consistency and scalability
• Support the delivery of initiatives through effective tracking of timelines, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
• Produce clear and concise governance materials, including project updates and status reporting
• Analyse operational and project metrics, providing insights to support decision-making
• Design and deliver data visualisations and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to enhance transparency and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure alignment between project outcomes and core processes and controls
• Support automation and data enablement initiatives in partnership with technology teams
• Promote data-driven practices, improving data quality, accessibility, and usage across the function
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, business transformation, or process improvement, ideally within financial services
• Experience working with both business and technology teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skills with experience using data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Knowledge of SQL or database structures is advantageous
