JOB DESCRIPTION About the Role As a Senior Planner / Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules that align customer demand with manufacturing capacity, material availability and operational priorities. Using Oracle MRP, you'll convert customer orders into executable production plans while ensuring work progresses efficiently through assembly and machining operations. Why This Role Matters This role plays a vital part in supporting operational performance and customer satisfaction. By proactively managing production schedules, identifying potential constraints and coordinating across multiple functions, you'll help improve On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance, reduce lead times and ensure manufacturing commitments are achieved. About the Team You'll join a collaborative Planning team supporting NOV's Wellhead manufacturing operations in Kintore. Working alongside Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Sales, you'll be part of an experienced and supportive team that values open communication, teamwork and proactive problem-solving. The environment is fast-paced, highly interactive and focused on delivering results for customers. Why Join NOV Joining NOV means becoming part of a growing business with strong market demand and a collaborative working culture. You'll benefit from structured onboarding, including a dedicated buddy programme, while developing your expertise in manufacturing planning within a supportive team environment. As your experience grows, you'll have opportunities to broaden your responsibilities, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and explore future career opportunities across the business. Diversity & Inclusion At NOV, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
