An established independent care home is seeking an experienced Senior Carer to join a small, close-knit team delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Lead and support the care team on shift
Deliver high-quality personal and person-centred care
Support care planning, assessments, and accurate record-keeping
Mentor and guide junior care staff
Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and safeguarding
SVQ Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care
Previous senior care experience (preferred)
An independent 17-bedded care home in the Inverurie area, offering a homely, community-focused environment.
