Adura Nelson Offshore Construction Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood require a Offshore Construction Lead for our Adura contract, initially it will be for 6 months and the rotation is TBC (either 2/3 or 3/3), mobilising from Aberdeen.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• OCM-level individual who will take full ownership of the decommissioning project scope onboard Nelson
• Lead a small multi-discipline team of contractors and work in collaboration with the OIM and asset team
• Deliver reactivation of drilling support facilities to interface with a Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) - emphasis on demonstrating project and construction management skills across a portfolio of minor scopes within the drilling package
• Future potential to develop and expand the role as the project transitions into P&A and removal preparations
• Relevant decommissioning construction management experience to shape and influence the overall decommissioning project strategy
• Ability to join a project already in execution and integrate quickly and effectively
• Proactive and hands-on leadership style
• Excellent communication and reporting skills (OCL is the main interface with onshore leadership)

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous OCL experience.

Piping / structural background preferred
