This firm possess one of the leading private funds practices globally, advising a wide range of fund managers and advisers with a variety of strategies, including private equity and venture capital, real estate, infrastructure and debt. The team works with UK, continental European, US and global asset managers, and is highly ranked for Private Equity Funds by Chambers UK.
This role will involve advising private equity firms on fund formation, fund administration, portfolio investment and compliance issues. You will be provided with the opportunity to advise private investment firms on a variety of funds matters involving private investment funds focused on all major investment strategies.
This role will suit a dynamic newly qualified solicitor / approaching qualification, who has had a relevant training seat from a top City firm. You should have a strong academic record. Full US salary and bonus!
