Senior Administrator, Private Clients

What you’ll do

• Assist with the administration of a portfolio of private clients across a variety of trust and fiduciary structures.
• Work closely with senior team members to deliver a high standard of service to clients and professional intermediaries.
• Develop a detailed understanding of client structures and the regulatory requirements that apply to them.
• Prepare and submit statutory returns and other regulatory filings within required deadlines.
• Support the opening of bank accounts and the processing of client payments.
• Maintain accurate client records, bank statements, safe custody records and related documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, suppliers and professional advisers.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring service standards are consistently achieved.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives that improve team efficiency and enhance client service delivery.
• Accurately record time spent on client matters to support effective billing and management reporting.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities while continuing to develop technical and industry knowledge.

What you’ll need

• Experience within financial services administration, ideally trust or corporate.
• A proactive and forward-thinking approach, with the ability to use initiative and work independently.
• A strong academic background and a commitment to professional development.
• Studying towards, or holding, a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or CGI/ICSA would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• A client-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• An interest in developing a long-term career within the private client and fiduciary sector.
