£95 - £105 per day
Part-time

Calling All Passionate Educators: Unlock the Potential of Exceptional Learners!

Imagine a world where every child's brilliance shines through, where their unique strengths are celebrated, and where they are empowered to thrive. Our client, a forward-thinking educational institution in the heart of Lambeth, Greater London, is seeking an exceptional Part-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team and make this vision a reality.

In this role, you'll be the guiding light for students with diverse learning needs, unlocking their true potential and helping them soar. Whether it's providing individualised support, developing tailored lesson plans, or fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment, your dedication and expertise will make a profound difference in the lives of these exceptional learners.

As a Part-time SEN Teaching Assistant , you'll be a true partner in the educational journey, collaborating closely with our experienced teaching staff, therapists, and the wider school community. Together, you'll create a learning experience that is both enriching and empowering, where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach new heights.

If you're an individual who thrives on the challenge of helping students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) overcome obstacles and achieve their goals, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss. Our client offers a competitive daily rate of £95 - £105, providing you with the opportunity to make a lasting impact while enjoying a flexible work schedule that fits your lifestyle.

So, what sets this role apart? As a Part-time SEN Teaching Assistant , you'll be the catalyst for transformative change, empowering students to overcome their challenges and discover their unique strengths. From supporting with personalised learning plans to facilitating engaging and interactive lessons, your contributions will be vital in creating an environment where every student feels empowered to succeed.

But it's not just about the students - you'll also be a valuable member of a dedicated and supportive team. Our client fosters a culture of collaboration, where ideas are shared, resources are abundant, and professional development is encouraged. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced educators, stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies, and contribute your own innovative approaches to the classroom.

Imagine the fulfillment of watching a student's eyes light up as they grasp a new concept, or the pride of seeing them overcome a challenge they once thought insurmountable. As a Part-time SEN Teaching Assistant , you'll be the catalyst for these transformative moments, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of the exceptional learners in your care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and the wider school community to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
