IQVIA seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement tailored delivery strategies during the RFP/Bid Defense cycle. The role bridges sales, medical, and operations teams to ensure effective project execution and drive business growth in a home-based, multi-location setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored delivery strategies for projects aligned with customer needs and competitive differentiation
- Collaborate with Sales, Medical, and Operations to guide strategy implementation and business development
- Monitor therapeutic and operational landscape to inform long-term implementation strategies
- Support Sales in bid defense and customer meetings through team preparation and presentation
- Mentor assigned Project Leaders and ensure project budgets meet financial and organizational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences with director-level global clinical research experience
- Deep knowledge of immunology therapeutic area, clinical operations, and regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH)
- Strong business acumen, financial confidence, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated CRO industry experience with hands-on operational delivery background
- Leadership capability in virtual, matrix organizations with strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
