Early Years Practitioner – Flexible Work Opportunities - Chertsey

Key Responsibilities
* Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
* Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
* Encourage children’s social, emotional, and intellectual growth
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
* Experience working in Education/Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
* Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with children aged 0–5
* A genuine passion for early childhood education
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to commute to Chertsey
