I need help cleaning up my computer and optimizing performance
I’m looking for a friendly tech person to clean up my computer and improve its performance. The goal is to remove unnecessary files, organize folders, uninstall unused programs, run a malware scan, and optimize startup processes. I’m using Windows 10 on a desktop PC with 16 GB RAM. I’d also like guidance on basic maintenance routines to keep things running smoothly. Please explain any changes and offer a quick backup before proceeding. Remote or in-person work is fine, but I prefer remote if possible for a quick initial audit.
