What you will do

* Provide high-quality, individualised care to residents with advanced dementia and other mental health diagnoses.
* Carry out a wide range of duties under the direction of a registered nurse but with minimal supervision.
* Contribute to the crafting of personalised care plans that consider the routine and preferences of each resident.
* Demonstrate and share your skills with new or less experienced staff members, participating in induction and orientation programmes.
* Ensure all mandatory and statutory training is up to date and meet the principles of CARE values.
* Support family involvement in the care process to ensure holistic care approaches.

Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in the relevant field.
* Possession of an NVQ Level 3 qualification.
