Job Title: Band 3 Support Worker - Community Living Team Location: Guernsey, UK Contract: Permanent Working Pattern: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
We are seeking a dynamic Support Worker to join our Community Living Team in Guernsey, making a real difference in the lives of adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities. Set in a beautiful island environment, this role allows you to work within a dedicated team that values inclusion, autonomy, and proactive care. As a Band 3 Support Worker, you will be part of an innovative service that promotes independence and engagement for all service users.

What you will do:
Provide high-quality physical and emotional care for adults with learning disabilities, including personal care, medication management, and household support.
Assist service users in their own homes and extra-care housing using the Active Support Model to foster independence.
Work safely and confidently during lone outreach visits, adhering to organisational policies.
Collaborate with colleagues and senior staff to uphold service values and quality standards.
Act as a co-key worker, guiding and supporting service users to access community opportunities and develop independence.
