As a Store Manager in your local store, you’ll bring your product knowledge, passion for customer service and leadership skills together to drive performance and create an outstanding experience for every customer.

You’ll still be hands-on and enjoy being out on the shop floor, helping customers discover the right products for their perfect night’s sleep. But you’ll also play a key role in leading, coaching and inspiring your team of Consultants to achieve their goals.

Our unique sleepPRO™ technology helps our customers find the right sleep products, and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to help your team succeed too. From comprehensive training on our products, processes and people to ongoing development and support, we’ll invest in you so you can build the career you want with Bensons.
