Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Oakwood Grange is a beautifully designed residential care home offering first-class facilities and en-suite accommodation for up to 60 residents in a warm, welcoming environment. Rated Good by the CQC and scoring 9.7/10 on carehome.co.uk, we are passionate about creating a home where residents can live meaningful, fulfilled lives with dignity, comfort, and companionship.
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents. Your role will include:
- Supporting residents with personal care in a dignified and respectful way
- Providing reassurance, comfort, and companionship
- Assisting with routines and wellbeing checks
- Supporting residents with nutrition and hydration needs
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Helping create a calm, safe, and caring environment
No two days are the same, every resident has their own personality, story, and care needs, making this a truly rewarding role.
