* Current registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
* Substantial post-qualification experience working with adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
* Experience working in NHS Secondary Adult Mental Health services, including PICU or acute settings.
* Proven experience providing consultation and supervision. Experience required * Extensive experience as an 8b principal clinical psychologist in the NHS within adult acute mental health services.
* Previous experience in running reflective practice groups for ward staff and supporting teams with complex case formulation and risk management.
* Demonstrated ability in assessing and treating service users with high complexity and risk.
