Responsibilities
- Support London regional team in delivering sales growth, customer experience and commercial execution
- Lead forecasting, pipeline management and strategic account planning; identify risks and growth opportunities
- Develop and deliver regional strategic plan with progress tracking and key initiative execution
- Coach and mentor colleagues through guidance, feedback and practical support to strengthen capability
- Build and strengthen strategic healthcare system relationships supporting long-term account development
Requirements
- Minimum five years sales, sales support, or marketing experience
- Demonstrated success coaching, influencing, or developing colleague performance
- Track record achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Commercial awareness with ability to support financial objectives and strategic planning
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills
- Medical device sector knowledge or theatre environment experience advantageous
Compensation: £54,300 - £90,500 GBP annual
