This is a key leadership role within the school, working closely with the Headteacher and Governors to ensure the effective management of finance, estates, HR and operational systems. The Role

• Managing the school budget, forecasting and financial reporting

• Overseeing procurement, contracts and value-for-money initiatives

• Line-managing administrative and site staff

• Supporting HR processes including recruitment, payroll liaison and compliance
