We are looking for a compassionate and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our family. About The Role

About the role:

• £12.71 to £12.81 per hour, plus night and weekend enhancements
• Hours: Up to 39 hours per week
• Shifts: 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am, flexibility required to work both night and day shifts as required. Shifts available across Monday to Sunday 
• Support our residents with their daily activities, whether this be assisting a resident to wash and dress in the morning, developing their individual care plan or helping them choose and eat their favourite meal
• Be a friend who our residents can rely on to champion their dignity and independence
• Support them to live happy and healthy lives
• Communicate effectively, take on responsibility, prioritise your workload and keep accurate records
• Help with other activities such as serving food and helping residents to eat and drink 
• Work in a team, be kind and build strong relationships with our residents, their relatives and team members
