- Plan and deliver evidence‑based universal and targeted services for children and families
- Complete home visits and group sessions focusing on early intervention and prevention
- Support parents to build strong bonds with their children and develop confidence in their parenting role

- Mentor students and support the development of other practitioners
- Maintain high professional standards in line with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and clinical governance requirements

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will work directly with families to support the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual wellbeing of children from pregnancy to age five. You’ll play a vital part in delivering the Healthy Child Programme and contributing to the Children’s Centre statutory framework.
