Credit Controller

Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an established organisation based in Eastleigh to recruit a Credit Controller. The Credit Controller will receive a salary of up to £30,000 along with other attractive benefits including multiple bonus'! (Attendance bonus, credit control target bonus and a Christmas bonus)

Primary responsibilities;

• Chasing outstanding payments by phone and email
• Managing customer accounts and resolving payment queries
• Resolve invoice queries with Admin/Account Managers
• Setting up payment plans where required
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Escalating overdue accounts when necessary
• Supporting month-end finance processes
• Daily banking reconciliations

Key experience and attributes;

• Previous experience in credit control is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident using Sage and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Professional and customer-focused approach
