We are looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant to take over a 'warm' desk, working with schools across Southampton, Portsmouth and Hampshire. This is a great opportunity for someone who is great at building relationships and developing new business.
Whether you have previous recruitment experience, or are you are looking to kick-start your career, I would love to hear from you. You will be working in a supportive environment with experienced Recruitment Consultants with great sector knowledge who are able to support you. We do not believe in micro-management so you are given the autonomy to develop your own career.
The suitable Education Recruitment Consultant will be someone who enjoys building relationships and isn't afraid to get on the phones and meet with candidates and clients face to face. Academics are a fantastic company to work for offering ongoing salary incentives, uncapped earnings with one of the best commission structures in education recruitment, as-well as supporting new branch openings in new areas of the business. The successful Education Recruitment Consultant will have personality and drive, be honest and committed, have experience of working in a recruitment OR sales environment with a proven track record of success and want to earn money and be prepared to work for it!
