‍ We're Looking For Someone Who:

✨ Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✨ Has experience teaching in KS1 , ideally Year 2
✨ Demonstrates excellent behaviour management and can create a calm, purposeful learning environment
✨ Has high expectations and can effectively support a diverse range of pupils and learning needs
✨ Plans and delivers engaging, creative lessons that inspire children to achieve their full potential
✨ Is confident in assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
✨ Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
✨ Is committed to contributing fully to the wider life of the school and undertaking full class teacher responsibilities

⭐ The Successful Candidate Will:

• Take full responsibility for a Year 2 class, including planning, preparation, assessment, marking, and parents' evenings
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture where all children can thrive
• Work collaboratively with a supportive leadership team and experienced staff
• Be passionate about helping every child make excellent progress, both academically and personally

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
