College Learning Support Assistant | Enfield | Full Academic Year
CER are working in partnership with a college with a Special Needs Department in Enfield who are seeking a number of Learning Support Assistants to support students with a range of learning disabilities and difficulties starting at the end of August on a Long Term basis up to the end of the academic year in July 2027.
The college can offer a schedule of four days per week, 9:15am to 3:45pm along with training opportunities throughout the academic year. Week commencing the 24th of August will be a paid training week.

Please apply if you have the following:
- GCSEs in English and Maths or level 2 equivalent
- Experience supporting learners with Learning Difficulties including Autism, SEMH, and Behaviour needs, Severe Learning Difficulties
- Experience supporting young adults in an education setting
- A valid DBS registered with the online update service or be willing to apply for a new one
