We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and experienced Site Manager to join an Outstanding secondary school in Oxford . This full-time, permanent role is central to the smooth and safe day-to-day running of the school premises, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standard and that the learning environment remains safe, clean, and welcoming.
Experience and Qualifications
• Proven experience in site management, facilities, or estates maintenance (school experience desirable)
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations , COSHH, and risk assessment
• Ability to manage maintenance staff, contractors, and budgets effectively
• Skilled in general maintenance, minor repairs, and compliance record-keeping
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Relevant trade, IOSH, or facilities qualification desirable
