ASD Teaching Assistant - Slough

As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with ASD.
- Help students develop confidence, communication skills, and independence.
- Work closely with teachers to create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement throughout the school day.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is patient, caring, and passionate about supporting young people with additional needs.
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Is interested in gaining practical SEN experience before pursuing a career in psychology, therapy, or education.
- Brings enthusiasm, resilience, and a positive attitude to the classroom.
