Revenue Operations Coordinator

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounts receivable, sales ledger management, and credit control.

Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day finance activities, with a particular focus on customer accounts, cash collection, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the sales ledger function, including the preparation and issuance of customer invoices
• Posting and allocating incoming payments accurately
• Reconciling customer accounts and resolving account discrepancies
• Monitoring aged debt and proactively following up on overdue balances
• Providing support across accounts payable activities as required
• Processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate bookkeeping records
• Assisting with ledger reconciliations and routine financial reporting
• Supporting the wider finance function with administrative and accounting tasks

Requirements:

• A minimum of three years' experience within a finance role, ideally covering accounts receivable, sales ledger, credit control, or accounts administration
• Strong working knowledge of credit control procedures and customer account management
• An understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger activities
• Experience carrying out reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
• Good Excel skills and confidence handling financial data
• Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels

Desirable Experience:

• Previous experience using Xero or similar accounting software.
• AAT qualified, part-qualified, or currently studying towards a recognised accounting qualification.
