Early Years Practitioners Wanted!

What We’re Looking For:
Essential Qualification : Level 2, 3, 5, or 6 in Early Years Education (full and relevant as per the DFE list of relevant qualifications)
Recruitment Process : All applicants will undergo safer recruitment checks, including a completed Application Form and DBS clearance
Your Role:
Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS standards
Be a reliable, proactive team player , collaborating with fellow childcare professionals
Communicate clearly and compassionately with parents and guardians about their child’s development
Foster a stimulating and nurturing environment where children can thrive
Ensure all documentation and procedures are completed with accuracy and care
Position Details:
Hours availble :
-Monday–Friday, 51 weeks a year We have the option of you working 3-5 days, 24-40hr week
-Monday - Friday 11-3pm 51 weeks a year
Salary : £27,060.80- £29,848.00 (pro-rata based 40hr week)
Portswood staff receive an additional £0.30/hour location weighting (this is included in salary above; subject to terms)
