Food Production Operative - Swindon
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Food Production Operative to join our well-known client based in Swindon.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Production Operative , Food Manufacturing Operative or Bakery Operative .
Rates of Pay:
* £13.50 per hour
Shift Pattern:
* 5 days from 7

* On-site parking Day-to-Day Duties: As a Food Production Operative , you will work: * Working on a production line in a hot environment, overseeing machines and ensuring efficient production
* Packing products to meet specifications and carrying out quality checks
* Responding to machine or product issues and reporting them to the supervisor
* Completing all relevant paperwork while maintaining high safety standards
* Assisting with the preparation and production of baked goods and confectionery products
* Decorating and finishing products to company standards Essential Skills: To be successful as a Food Production Operative , you will need: * English language skills at a communicative level
* PPE required: safety boots and hi-vis vest
* A minimum of six months' experience in one of the following: * Bakery production
* Food manufacturing
* Manufacturing in a factory environment
* Machine operating * Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Good level of numeracy
* Flexible approach to work
