IQVIA seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Lead for oncology to develop and execute customer-focused delivery strategies during RFP and bid defense cycles. The role requires bridging sales, medical, and operations teams to differentiate proposals and support business growth across multiple European locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop tailored delivery strategies aligned with customer needs during RFP and bid defense cycles
- Collaborate with sales, medical, operations, and other functions to create differentiated, feasible proposals
- Monitor therapeutic and operational landscapes to identify market trends and implementation opportunities
- Guide and mentor project leaders in presenting strategy to clients and internal stakeholders
- Support sales preparation and conduct of customer and bid defense meetings through training and coaching
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences with director-level clinical research experience
- Deep knowledge of oncology therapeutic area, drug development lifecycle, and CRO industry
- Expertise in GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulatory requirements
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and customer management capabilities
- Leadership experience in virtual, matrix organizations with excellent presentation skills
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin language proficiency is advantageous
