We are working with an exemplary primary school in Havering, East London that is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team in September 2024. The successful Year 4 teacher will join a dedicated and supportive staff team who are committed to delivering high-quality education.

Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 4 students
· Assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback
· Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
· Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress
· Deliver engaging and effective instruction to Year 4 students, promoting active participation and academic growth
· Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles
Year 4 Teacher Requirements
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
· Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Year 4
· A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team
