An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a boutique legal recruitment firm at their Nottingham office. As specialists in legal recruitment across the Midlands, we pride ourselves on our personal approach and deep market knowledge developed over many years in the sector.
The Role
- Drive business development initiatives across the Midlands legal market
- Build and maintain relationships with prestigious law firms across Nottingham, Birmingham, Leicester, and surrounding areas
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for qualified lawyers across all levels
- Develop creative headhunting strategies to source passive candidates
- Contribute to our reputation as the go-to boutique agency for legal recruitment in the Midlands
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven track record in legal recruitment or demonstrable success in professional services recruitment
- Strong business development experience with evidence of winning new clients
- Excellent understanding of the Midlands legal market, particularly private practice
- Outstanding relationship building and networking abilities
- Commercial acumen and the ability to spot market opportunities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Location & Working Pattern
- Based in our Nottingham city centre office
- Hybrid working - 2 days in office, 3 days remote
- Flexible core hours
