Warehouse Operative - Returns, Picking & Packing | Temp to Perm NOT AFRAID OF A HARD DAY'S WORK? WE'VE GOT THE CAREER FOR YOU. Let's be honest... most warehouse jobs look exactly the same. This one doesn't. We're recruiting for a fast-growing fashion and e-commerce fulfilment operation that's expanding and looking for people who want more than just another temporary warehouse job. This is a genuine Temp to Perm opportunity where hard work and reliability are recognised. You'll begin within the Returns Department, learning the products, systems and processes that keep the operation running smoothly. Your role will involve processing customer returns, updating information onto the system and carrying out quality checks to ensure returned garments meet company standards. Once you're fully trained and up to speed, you'll gain exposure to other areas of the warehouse and become part of the wider operation Your duties will include: ✅ Processing customer returns
✅ Quality checking returned garments
✅ Updating and maintaining accurate system records
✅ Picking customer orders
✅ Packing orders ready for dispatch
✅ Loading and unloading deliveries
✅ Assisting with stock movement
✅ General warehouse duties as required What we're looking for:✔ Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential ✔ Good attention to detail
✔ Basic computer skills
✔ A positive and reliable attitude
✔ Someone who enjoys being part of a team
