Where will you be working?

At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives.  We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.

This role will be within our Seeka Operations Centre as an Operations Coordinator based in either our Oldham or Perth office. You’ll join the leading provider of Revenue Protection services in the UK energy retail and distribution sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity meters.

What will you be doing?

Based from either our Perth or Oldham office, the Revenue Protection Operations Coordinator, will be supporting our revenue protection business. Your day-to-day role will involve call taking, and liaising with field engineers, managers, and customers for appointment booking. There will be a requirement to schedule work to the field engineers and input data into our data base systems. Alongside this, there may be a requirement to be trained in warrant procedures and liaising with courts. As this is a varied administration role, it requires accuracy and accountability. The role is 40 hours per week and office based.

• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Good communication skills
• Meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy of data entry
• Time management and planning skills
• Intermediate use of Microsoft Office Knowledge of data analysis
• Ability to multitask between different workstreams

Desirable

• Experience of working in a similar role 
• Utilities (Electricity & Gas and DNO) knowledge
• A desire to learn Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team
• Strong customer service background
