You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, a vibrant hub featuring 18 showrooms, a dedicated Conference Centre and a staff Wellness Hub. You’ll have access to a state-of-the-art gym equipped with Peloton bikes and every piece of kit you could imagine. Plus, an indoor astroturf pitch, a padel court, chat boxes and inspiring creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across, Brand Marketing, Commercial and Business support functions.

This is an incredible opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of the biggest moments in world football UEFA EURO 2028, helping shape how adidas shows up and brings the brand to life across the UK.
As Director Brand Moment Project (EURO 2028), you'll take ownership of the end-to-end planning, governance, and delivery of this landmark project, bringing together cross-functional teams across the UK, Europe and Global adidas business.
You'll be accountable for translating strategy into actionable project plans, setting clear objectives and measurable KPIs, managing budgets, milestones and deliverables, and tracking progress to ensure results are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
From aligning senior stakeholders to supporting impactful brand activations and ensuring seamless event execution, you'll play a critical role in delivering measurable impact and making EURO 2028 an unforgettable moment for adidas.
A day in the life
- Lead, drive and oversee the creation, development and execution of the local market strategy and project plans for EURO 2028. This can be football centric or on behalf of a brand wide approach depending upon the classification of the specific moment as governed by the Brand Calendar planning protocol.
- Own and manage the processes along the entire brand moment project cycle, including but not limited to project roadmap planning and execution, milestone preparation and delivery, regular senior leadership reporting and validation, and relevant interaction with external parties (i.e. partners, agencies).
- Steer a cross-functional team in the global organization and orchestrate the project across all markets and/or local entities to deliver the adidas project plans.

- Minimum 4 years leadership experience.
- Major Event / Sports Marketing Experience – Ideally, experience delivering complex programmes associated with major sporting events, sponsorships, partnerships, brand activations or similarly high-profile moments.
- Strong attention to detail alongside the ability to maintain a strategic overview, ensuring plans translate into disciplined execution.
