Business Development Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive to support a market-leading Restructuring & Insolvency practice renowned for advising on complex, high-profile cross-border restructurings.

Working as part of a global marketing and business development team, the successful candidate will help drive client strategy, identify growth opportunities, develop compelling pitches and proposals, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives that enhance the firm's market profile.

Key requirements:

• Degree educated with a strong understanding of the restructuring and insolvency market (legal, accounting, financial services or consulting).
• Proven business development experience within a professional services environment.
• Strong commercial awareness, sound judgement and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Confident relationship builder, able to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, resilient and proactive, with a willingness to see projects through to completion.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Curious, collaborative and keen to develop as a business development professional within a specialist practice.
