Chemistry Teacher (A-Level) - Immediate Start

Due to continued growth in our 6th Form we are looking to appoint an additional experienced Chemistry Teacher to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will be working alongside other experienced team members to promote the strategic vision of the school and will be capable of teaching up to A level.

Our ideal candidate will have:

● Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or equivalent subject qualification with PGCE is a minimum requirement. 

● Qualified Teacher with 3-5 years of experience in delivering the National Curriculum for England to Secondary students.

● Committed professionals who are dedicated to raising standards in alignment with the  schools vision, mission and values.

● Outstanding practitioners with the ability to deliver innovative lessons built on current  pedagogical thinking and forward-thing initiatives.

● Teachers with a natural desire to learn, contribute to and participate in the schools  Professional Learning Community.

● Skilled at using digital tools to ensure that learning is enriched and relevant so as to  complement the schools ‘Apple Distinguished School’ status.

● A professional who works collaboratively both within the immediate team and across the  wider school community.

Initial long list interviews will be conducted via Zoom. Candidates who successfully reach the short-list may be asked to do a demo-lesson and will attend a full interview with key leaders. Where possible, this will be in-person.
