We're working with a welcoming primary school in Brent that is looking to appoint a Site Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to become part of a friendly school community where support staff are genuinely valued.

The Role
Working alongside the Site Manager, you'll help ensure the school remains safe, clean, secure, and well maintained for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities include:
Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs
Supporting the day-to-day upkeep of the school buildings and grounds
Assisting with health and safety checks
Setting up rooms for meetings and school events
Supporting contractors and reporting maintenance issues
Helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment across the school
This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their work, and is happy to get involved wherever needed.

Contract: Full-time, permanent
Start Date: September 2026
About You
Previous experience working within a school premises, caretaker, facilities, or maintenance role is highly desirable.
The school is looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and able to work well as part of a team while also using their own initiative.
