Brigantia Learning Trust is a 2-19 multi-academy trust comprising of Hinde House 2-16 Academy, Yewlands Academy, Longley Park Sixth Form, and Brigantia Hill Fort Academy based in the North East of Sheffield.
We are seeking to appoint a HR Business Partner who will work as part of our Central HR Team, to provide HR support, advice and guidance to staff. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work at multiple sites across Brigantia Learning Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and creative trust which puts its learners at the heart of everything it does. We will support you to enhance and develop your knowledge and skills as you will play an integral part in providing organisational effectiveness within the trust, allowing the Trust Leadership Team and Academy Principals to provide educational excellence in partnership.
The role is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks preferred; however, we are committed to flexible working and will consider applications on a term-time plus basis where this meets the needs of the role.
