The Role

The Technology team is responsible for the design, implementation and support of our cloud based technology infrastructure and workflows.

You have a keen interest in working in a creative studio & want to pursue a technical career . You have a good technical knowledge and are driven to work in a forward thinking and innovative Technology department. You are always looking to extend your skillset and find new and better ways for Technology to enable our studio.

You are highly motivated, solutions driven and thrive when working as a part of a close-knit team. You love analysing and solving problems. You have great ideas and want to share them. You are committed to quality.

We are committed to supporting you and your ongoing development. We will work closely with you to establish a personal progression plan. You are never on your own.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot systems and problem solve to help users work efficiently.

• Learning about and supporting Linux, MacOS and Windows operating systems.

• Learning and developing skills with tools for IT automation and administration, such as JAMF, Active Directory, Fog, Ansible.

• Working effectively as a part of a team.

• The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.

• The ability to take direction and a willingness to interpret and address constructive feedback.

• Effectively managing expectations.

• Communicating your thoughts and ideas clearly in a professional and positive manner.

• Exploring opportunities to further your skills.
