Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and resilient Higher Level Teaching Assistant to work within a Pupil Referral Unit in Ferryhill from September 2026. This is more than a classroom support role. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to pupils who may have struggled within traditional education. Working alongside experienced teachers and support staff, you'll help create a structured, positive environment where pupils can re-engage with learning, develop their confidence and work towards their goals.
