Upper Key stage 2 Teacher

Monarch Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established primary school in the Sheldon area, South Birmingham, who are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team for the Autumn term.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment with a strong focus on pupil progress and wellbeing.

The Role

• Full-time class teaching responsibility within key stage 2
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leaders
• Contributing to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECT’s will be considered
• Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2
• Strong classroom management skills
• A track record of raising attainment and supporting pupil progress
• The ability to engage and motivate learners of all abilities
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
