A high-performing secondary school in Birmingham is looking to appoint an experienced and detail-oriented Data and Exams Manager to join its support staff team on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong MIS, data, and examinations experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced school environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting school assessment, reporting, and examination processes while ensuring data accuracy and compliance across the school.

The Role

• Managing the school’s data and MIS systems

• Coordinating internal and external examinations

• Producing accurate reports and assessment data

• Supporting staff with data analysis and reporting

• Maintaining compliance with examination regulations and deadlines

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Previous experience working with school MIS systems such as Bromcom

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability

• Experience managing school data and examinations processes

• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary

£35,412 – £39,152 FTE
