We are currently seeking a Junior Team Leader to join our dedicated team at the Haydock branch, covering the Midlands, North West and South West area. If you enjoy driving, managing your own schedule and providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Requirements

Junior Team Leader Responsibilities:

• To manage a team of Technicians in their daily duties. 
• To ensure the delivery of Key KPIs, including - Health and Safety, State of Service, Vehicle Maintenance, Productivity. 
• Planning of the routes to ensure maximum customer facing time and minimise driving time
• Field support days
• Maintenance and installing Christmas displays 
• Quality audits of sites, stock control, ordering stock

The Role also includes large geography area and involves a lot of driving and also hands on servicing as and when required 

Junior Team Leader Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License held for 2 years minimum
• Ideally have experience in horticulture 
• Interested in plants and plantcare
• Experience of coordinating customer stock requirements to ensure availability for vehicles and routes being served. 
• Leadership skills in a work environment
• You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
