Academics are currently working with a range of fantastic Primary schools across East Sussex, and we’re on the lookout for experienced, enthusiastic HLTAs to join our team to help in and around the Wadhurst area.

* HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Confidence in leading small groups and covering whole classes when needed
* A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
