Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Maths specialists to support secondary schools across Plymouth.

- Paid to Scale for long-term positions that include planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA).

- Support: A dedicated consultant to help guide you through your placements in local Plymouth schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day: Deliver engaging, pre-prepared Maths lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Long-Term: Take on full teaching responsibilities, including planning innovative lessons, preparing students for exams (GCSE/A-Level), marking, and tracking progress.
What we need from you
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- A strong subject knowledge of the secondary Mathematics curriculum.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one).
- A passion for education and the ability to adapt quickly to new school environments.
